Shipping Policy


As an online e-Commerce merchant, we do not personally handle the actual product items at our location, as well, we do not stock any physical inventory since in our contract with our fulfillment manufacturers and warehousing source companies does include all handling and dropshipping fulfillments are done on our behalf while providing our private branding.

They also manufacture and distribute all products based on their own documented quality and customer satisfaction policies, through their own processes which does include all the handling, packaging and shipping from their locations directly to the delivery destinations.




By this, our customers are guaranteed to receive orders within 1-3 business days, while it also depends on the location for delivering the products. Whether the products are in stock or not, at times they may require to be remanufactured, which may extend delivery to over 5 business days.


By our effort to source the greatest quality and provide the most excellent customer service, our emphasis also bearing strongly on deliveries that condone high customer satisfaction.

In conjunction with the care of quality in manufacturing, packaging, delivering and with our efforts to maintain in ranges of affordability that is based on quality driven, some of our suppliers will deliver our orders to you for free.




While our company does not directly stock inventory, based on what can be expected in cost and by our statement is purely based on what (just one, or a few of) our fulfillment shipping companies are using as shipping cost, and listing it for delivering the order, as well as being mentioned here only as an estimated cost for the delivery. The accurate and actual cost can only be determined at POS check out of the order. Thus:



  • Standard Shipping: $7.98 for orders less than $69USD, [Excluding Processing Time] 9-14 Business Days Delivery.
  • Expedited Shipping: $20.97 for orders less than $69USD, and $14.99 for orders between $69USD-$129USD.
  • Free Shipping on Standard Orders: for orders over $69USD
  • Free Shipping on Expedited Orders: for orders over $129USD



While free shipping also depends on a number of variables, those can be found on our supplier’s (third party companies) websites and packages being delivered. Otherwise find the information on the proof of purchase bill or order document.

Although we are not able to list and make public all shipping policies, from all fulfillment suppliers, at times, those are listed or stated with banners and/or statements regarding delivery options and specific products can be found at our website [].


From time to time the various markets experience ever changing options, which we observe to make those prompt adjustments and to always ensure fresh information by way of remaining transparent. Those updates and changes as applicable, will be updated promptly in our website menu, where listing of shipping policy can be found on our CK-Kuya Project website, as listed above.


For deliveries with options including the Standard, Expedited or Express Shipping, Note that, all orders may require a specific number and street address in English, a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.


Due to longer custom clearance times experienced and more stringent security checks, especially due to COVID-19 Pandemic, please be advised that those times may be affected.


All packages being delivered are assigned a tracking number which will be issued to the purchaser and can be tracked to determine the estimated delivery of the package.


In many cases (if at all possible), orders to some destinations may not or cannot be delivered to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) as well as the various locations to be considered and verify such as:

  • For customers in Puerto Rico, please state Puerto Rico in the country section instead of state or province.

Although we are not able to dictate the policies of the many fulfillment factories, or the way that warehousing companies write and execute their policies, they vary differently. Since those policies in some context follow the similar dictates and/or protocols, as a possibility and due to conditions that may be the case, or can be expected in ways when resolving undelivered goods and executing warranties, the following information will be considered and we [CK-Kuya Project] may state as follows:


Customer Responsibility: 

An input of wrong address, not signed in time, and so on.

1. The package is not returned to the sender: only a 50% refund or resend once.

2. We received the returned package: only the amount of the products can be refunded or resend once, shipping fee, or any payment by coupons and insurance are non-refundable.

Fulfillment Company Responsibility:

Full refund or resend for products unreceived.

(For orders beyond 6 months)

The order is valid for 6 months, overdue requests won’t be accepted.

Custom Tax or Duty

Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipment. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases. If there are any Custom, Duties or Taxes levied, we[CK-Kuya Project] or fulfillment companies can or will refund 50% of the tariffs.

Please keep the receipt of your proof of payment which will bear the warranty statement and such policies having to do with warranty, then contact customer service from the information provided and directives printed on your receipt by submitting a ticket. 



If an order needs to be modified, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards, coupons usage conditions, may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

Before modifying an order, the customer service department will send a confirmation message via email, and we (CK-Kuya Project) will follow up with the process of the order after receiving confirmation or not, so please reply as soon as possible should this be the case.


Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the order fulfillment company website. To track a package, simply click onto the link provided. An order can be tracked via the user online account dashboard or the provided phone number of persons or department to be contacted. Please have your proof of purchase at hand prior to calling the company.


Sometimes it takes the order fulfillment company a while to update the status of an order being shipped and causing a delay in tracking, so the link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, the customer will also be notified by an email as the information comes available.

If for any reason the customer has experienced a delay and the item has not received within reasonable delivery date, an updated information received by email, please contact us [CK-Kuya Project] within about 10-15 days after placing the order that we may do a follow up and our best to keep you posted on the progress of your order shipment.
